Register to Vote

You will need to complete a NYS Voter Registration Form, available at your county board of elections office or online at: https://www.elections.ny.gov/VotingRegister.html#VoteRegForm. The form must then be signed and mailed or delivered to your county board of elections (the address is on the form).
