Mail: Choose your menu option: Chicken Marsala, Roast Beef, or Pasta Primavera. 
Send that choice with a check written to LWVRC for $37 per person to:

Notes: 
Registration & payment must be in by June 3. 
No payment will be taken at the door and there are no refunds.
